Stay with MGFC at our Venice Marina Fish House  — Sleeps 11 (8 bunks, three queen beds)

(For example, a two night stay in April would be: April 18-19, showing as a start date of April 18 with an end date of April 20).

MGFC offers this modern boat house with all the amenities … fully equipped kitchen, a large den / dining area, an expansive top floor deck — overlooking the marsh, with great views and sunsets. 

It has room for 12 people, and four bedrooms …

  • BR1: two queens
  • BR2: one queen
  • BR3: two bunks (four beds)
  • BR4: two bunks (four beds) 
Outdoor Grill: There is a large charcoal grill at this unit (bring charcoal for use)


In all — it's 1,800 square feet of indoor living space, and the best part of it? You're at the marina … two of our boats are parked right underneath, all the others are just a walk across the parking lot. There is a charcoal grill on site.

Rates: $800 / per night. Checkin time: 4 pm; Checkout time 10 am.*

All cancellations 30 days or less from checkin date result in 100% fee charge.

* — checkout time is 10am. Please load and start the dishwasher, pickup all trash, and remove trash to outdoor garbage cans / dumpsters. (Do not leave trash bags inside or by the door). 

Also note: if you did not book a condo night for the night of your scheduled charter trip, you must checkout prior to boarding the vessel at the dock. Meaning — all belongings must be removed from the condo so we can clean and prep for our next guests — arriving while you're fishing that afternoon.
