MGFC offers modern condo units with … fully equipped kitchens, large dens, and room for six people — each in their own beds : 1,500 square foot 3-bedroom 2-bath living area. The living area is constructed of high end finishes including granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and cypress cabinets and doors.

Outdoor Grill: There is no grill at this unit at this time.

$400 / per night, per unit. Each unit sleeps six comfortably. Checkin time: 3pm; Checkout is 10am.*

* — checkout time is 10am. Please load and start the dishwasher, pickup all trash, and bring trash bags to outdoor garbage cans / dumpsters. (Do not leave by the front or back door). 

Also note: … if you did not book a condo night for the night of your scheduled charter trip, you must checkout prior to boarding the vessel at the dock. Meaning — all belongings must be removed from the condo so we can clean and prep for our next guests — arriving while you're fishing that afternoon. 

Checkout instructions: Please remove all trash, and bring to the outside bins. Please do not leave any food out on counter tops or tables, and … rinse load the dishwasher. Thank you.

Remember, if not booked for the night of your charter trip(s), checkout is prior to boarding the boat. If you do have the night of your charter(s) booked checkout is by 10am.
